This policy applies to users located in the United States.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be reviewed if:
- Service work has not yet started
- A payment error or duplicate charge occurred
- A technical issue prevented service delivery
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The service has already been delivered
- Resolution was restricted by a third-party email provider
- Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the user
- The user chose to discontinue after service completion
Cancellation Requests
Service cancellations must be requested before work begins to be eligible for consideration.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
